TERMS & CONDITIONS
We prefer 24 hours minimum notice for functions, our lunch items can be done on day. Functions that require staff and any special requests at least 7 days notice.

CONFIRMATION 
We require deposit of $150.00 to confirm booking within 7 days.
Bookings cancelled within 30 days of function no return off deposit.

DELIVERIES 
We deliver within Mount Gambier free of charge anything requiring longer distance can be arranged.

TRAVEL COSTS 
Charges for travelling to function will depend on distance approx $1.50 / 2.00 and numbers at function.

MENU AND PRICING 
Menu items and prices may vary depending on time of year, availability for certain ingredients and price increases beyond our control.

SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS 
Surcharges will apply at 15% for Sundays & Public Holidays, Size of function will also determine cost to cover extra wages.

STAFFING 
Staffing for finger food functions will be set out when we quote.

HIRING 
Any equipment hired out or deliver with food is required to be washed, we will sterilise through our washing machines. Any breakages should be notified to us we do not charge for the odd breakage. Breakages considered negligent will be charged.

PAYMENT 
For corporate clients we will invoice with payment required in 7 days.

Private functions payment is due when numbers are confirmed.
Payment can be made via Electronic transfer or by credit card.

SERVING OF FOOD THAT WE HAVE NOT PREPARED 
Due to our high standards and food safety we will not serve food we have not prepared. Wedding, Birthday cakes cut up and served are the exception plates if required will be charged accordingly.
